Baiting –Western Group uses special anti-coagulant rodenticides mixed with a bait material that is very attractive to rodents. This method is more effective as rodents do not die immediately, but about four days after feeding.
Trapping –Snap traps and glue boards can be useful in situations using poison baits which help to kill rodent immediately.
Rat guards: –Rodents have tendency to climb wall in search of food with the support of pipes, basic idea of rat guard is to avoid rats to climb up walls with the support of any pipe. Rat guard is metal sheet which we fix on drainage, water, gas pipes.
